Dvorak try out. Day 3.

Another day is over. Less Dvorak typing today, more QWERTY and all tasks for today were acomplished. I have to admit that my intension to have no QWERTY at work was naive and failed badly. As a result, 18 words per minute.I think it would be interesting for you to know how I feel and what I'm going to do. Honestly, I was more optimistic at the very beginning. Today showed me that I cannot just suddenly switch to Dvorak and it means that my typing speed will increase at a very slow rate. Right now it seems to me that it is going to be less than linear.I wonder how much time do I need to achieve my current typing speed? Some of those who switched to Dvorak say that it might take about couple of months. I realized that I cannot afford complete avoiding of QWERTY (and I should have realized that earlier) and it may me a bit longer for me.I keep practicing Dvorak, though I might devote less time to it. Hopefully I reach 60 words per minute... ever. And yes, this post was typed in Dvorak :)
