Today I had to modify permissions on a set of files, so I start with find and xargs:

$ find . -type f | xargs chmod o-r

but I got tons of errors similar to these:
 

Why do I keep track of Qt's compilation on FreeBSD?

I just thought of how does it look like that a person is compiling Qt on FreeBSD on his own and doesn't use ports.

Qt 4.7.0 has been released yesterday. I hopes that nothing has changed dramatically in the compilation since its beta and release candidate versions.

Just a little note. I have submitted some patches that make Qt Creator buildable on FreeBSD.

ExtUtils::MakeMaker version is misdetermined.

This release of Qt Creator has come to use with several surprises. First, it needs at least beta of Qt 4.7 and doesn't compile out of box.

llvm + clang + MinGW

$ tar xfz qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.7.0-beta1.tar.gz
$ cd qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.7.0-beta1
